How to Request a Refund for A1 Authenticator App

1. Cancel Your Subscription First

If you're on a free trial:

  • Make sure to cancel at least one day before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

If you're already subscribed:

  • On your iPhone or iPad, go to the Settings app
    → Tap your Apple ID name at the top
    → Tap Subscriptions
    → Select A1 Authenticator App
    → Tap Cancel Subscription

⚠️ If you don’t see this option, it means the subscription is already cancelled.


2. Request a Refund Through Apple

All payments and subscriptions for A1 Authenticator App go through Apple, so refunds must be requested through their system.

✅ Steps to Request a Refund:

  1. Open a browser and go to reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Sign in using the Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription

  3. Locate the A1 Authenticator App subscription in your list of purchases

  4. Click on Report a Problem

  5. Select “I’d like to request a refund” and choose a reason from the dropdown

  6. Submit your request

📌 Apple usually processes refund requests within a few days.


3. What If the Refund Is Denied?

If you don’t see the refund option or if Apple denies the request:

  • Select Billing & Subscriptions → then choose Accidental Purchases

  • Contact Apple Support directly via chat, call, or email, and explain your issue.
